Being active is very safe for most people. However, some people should check with their doctor before they become physically active. Please answer the seven questions in the box below. If you are between the ages of 15 and 69, the PAR-Q will tell you if you should check with your doctor before you participate in a Military in Motion Event, Class or Challenge. If you are over 69 years of age, and you are not used to being very active, check with your doctor.

You can quickly and easily book and pay for sessions, on a pay as you go basis. Download the Gymcatch App and register, then click 'FOLLOW' to see all future Military in Motion sessions.

Once registered and logged in, you can navigate via the calendar (on Gymcatch) by day and look 7 or 30 days ahead.

Click on a session to book and hit the 'BOOK' button. Enter your card details for all PAYG sessions. Gymcatch uses secure Credit/Debit Card processing.

To get on the session use the Zoom link available. Once booked, click in the session details and the Zoom link and password is available immediately after booking, or access via the confirmation email you received at time of booking.
