More like meeting and chatting with a friend we’ve known for a long time WHAT DO YOU LIKE ABOUT MILITARY IN MOTION AND THE COMMUNITY? We all have a common interest in improving our fitness. We encourage and support each other when someone is struggling, needs advice or just someone to listen regardless of background, ability, age, gender etc. It’s a great way to push yourself that little bit further than you thought possible.
Kelly and Military in Motion have helped to turn what could have been a very difficult time into something positive and we have all come out of lock down fitter than we went in.
