Military in Motion - Planking and Wall Sits Mini Challenge 5 Day Mini Challenge. This is a fun strength and movement challenge everyday over the next 5 days starting Monday 31st Jan. THE CHALLENGE: The aim is to complete all the Planking and Wall Sit exercisers everyday for 5 days! However, if you have an injury on one part of the body you MUST be able to adapt to complete the challenge. • There may be the odd surprise thrown in • There are variations to all exercises, so everyone included. • Amounts and additional info will be on each step DETAILS: All Troopers are encouraged to do one zoom session during the week with one or more troopers. REMEMBER it gets harder towards the end of the week.
