Military in Motion - Arms/Trunk/Legs (ATL) 6 Day Mini Challenge. This is a fun strength and movement challenge everyday over the next 6 days starting Sunday 19th September. THE CHALLENGE: The aim is to do ALL three of the following exercises each day. Press Ups, JackKnives and Lunges However, if you have an injury on one part of the body you MUST do Two of the above to complete the challenge. • There will be a run/walk thrown in too • There are variations to all exercises, so everyone included. • Amounts and additional info will be on each step DETAILS: A Trooper Group will be set up for this challenge and videos with a demo of the exercises will be available from Saturday night - Visit https://www.militaryinmotion.com/groups to join. All Troopers are encouraged to do one zoom session during the week with one or more troopers. REMEMBER it gets harder towards the end of the week.
